well... I've had my tank running with the ATS for two weeks now. Almost all of my algae is gone from the tank. Awesome right? Well what is this and how can i safely get rid of it?

Looks like algae (turf?) to me. Also, where did you get those rocks? It looks a lot like the 200lbs of landscape rock I just pulled out of my tank. It was hemorrhaging phosphates and I had the same type of growth. My phosphate levels were above 2...I haven't tested after the removal yet.

Probably just some remaining algae. See how it looks in another two weeks.

It almost seems as if it is die off... like the algae died turned grey and just sits there on the rock. I got this rock in south korea.
