If I was to run a dubble siddet ATS what light bulb should I use?

Info:

Screen measure forexambel 22cm(L)x19cm(H)=418square cm.
Flow should approx be 22cm(L)x60L/t= 1320L/t

Return pump = New jet 2300

I want to run lightbulbs or meaby flo. light bulbs - dont no which one is the best - but no LED for sure.

So how many watts of "soft light bulbs" should it be?

I have bought these

I am running a RSM 250

Thanks!

Use 30 to 60 watts of CFL bulbs total. This would be 15 to 30 watts each side of screen.
