I got this pre-made SM100 unit with 2 lights at the beginning of the year. I've never been able to produce much algae from it. I've cleaned the sheet 3 days ago, and this is what I got. Even I don't clean it in a week, it is just a bit thicker but still not green. I have a 125g tank with 125g sump. No coral, just 4 tangs and 6 other small fish. Feeding them a couple of times a day with frozen food and/or dry flakes.
I just recorded this video this morning: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hGD0Jaxb70

If that's 3 days, then it's working good. Start multiplying your food by 4X for a couple weeks. Then 8X. Try frozen cubes.

So, basically it just doesn't have enough nutrient in the water for it go grow like what you shown in your video?

Nitrate is 20. PO4 seems to be 0. Hard to tell from the color. Either way, with that much Nitrate, I would expect lot of growth in the scrubber.

Correct; I'm probably feeding 20 times as much as you. Remember I have two of them running.
