Its one thing to say how much wattage, how long a bulb should be used, and how far away from the screen it should be but....
How much PAR should we be getting from our lights? How much PAR is needed (given the properer water flow) on the scrubber screen?
I know not many people in the hobby have access to a PAR meter, but it needs to be asked... could solve most the 4" away questions if we had a PAR value to shoot for... ;)
