Step by step on setting up lighting?

so, I figured out everything for the bucket ATS version except for the lighting. Is there any tutorial or step by step on ways to set up the lighting? I went to HD and came home empty handed. I know what bulbs to use and how close, but I don't know how to set it up. I can't find those pieces I see on pics at HD. I'm also not certain what those pieces are called.

Thanks for those links. However, I would like to get some help with the lighting aspect. Are you guys able to find all the parts needed from Home depot?
