I have been running the algae scrubber for about three weeks. I have read all of the literature and can't figure if this is normal. Let me know if I need to change anything.

No I did not seed it I followed your directions, I feel like it should b growing more though after three weeks. The algae seems to grow like worts. Is that okay

I hope you have clean it at least twice by now. If not, that's why the warts.
