clown fish fry in a scrubed tank

wondering about raising clown fish larva/fry in my scrubbed tank. there should be enough live food in the water. so what if I place the larva in a breeder net? would any make it? I know this might sound like a pipe dream but I figure you have everything you need in a scrubbed tank,{live food,clean water,algae&fungus free conditions}
