1 x 24W T5HO, compare with 2 x 14W T5 normal output.

which one will grow algae more..?

2 14w because the light will be spread more evenly.

does the T5HO hv somthing different in the light source, that make the algae grow more.. ? compare to T5 Normal Output ?

I don't think so... I think it's just stronger.
