So I finally invested in a Hannah Phosphate Checker. Got it today. And after some time I got a stable reading of .07 PPM Phophate.

According to: http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-09/rhf/index.php
I should shoot for a PO4 of .02 or less.

Granted there is some room for error on both my part and the Checker, but this seems a little high.

I have some spots of bryopsis. But I attribute that to PO4 leaching from the LR. However I have some algae growth on equipment (not bryopsis) also. See pic.

I also have some halimeda sprouting up?!?

Transitioning to 1/2 LED scrubber. 10x Osram Reds. Currently: 10x10 screen, 100w CFL (50 per side), 500-800 GPH. Does not grow HA. Instead I got this stuff: http://i.imgur.com/sBBAr.jpg

It's like a bubble algae. Ideas?

That's the best kind. Lets the most air and water circulate without matting down.
