My algae grows well in the net and yet I have this brown HA, what's the problem

How long has it been there, and is it increasing or reducing...

its a DIY rock, not really know how much phosphate can be stored

There has been steady, but grown in different parts of the diy rocks, after a few weeks disappears and reappears in other area, what surprised me was the one that grew in the glass

P coming out, ummmm, may be, the rock during the curing took much tamp water, but that does not worry me, what worries me is the glass
