ebay and other cheap led gro panels?

I am looking for some self contained and pre-made led fixtures to use on my scrubber. what led panels have you had good growth with? my scrubbers box is 18" long and 16" tall ,,it holds almost any screen inside.

p.s. and what do you think about the led grow bulbs? like the one that superbrightleds.com offers?

My e-shine LED grow fixture seems to do a good job.

When you browse around here, you'll find that 660nm LED's will work well. So when that requirement is met, you'll probably be fine.
