yellow and/or cloudy water

If i'm getting yellow or cloudy water, is this normal during the initial stage? First week with the scrubber.


Also, I am starting to see the plastic canvas turning green after 3 days, so I'm guessing this is a good sign.

You got a picture of your screen ? The yellow is easily dealt with by activated carbon if it's not to your liking. However the cloudiness may indicate something else. The algae should not have produced enough "stuff" to make your water yellow yet, so I am intrigued as to the condition of your screen. It may not actually be the screen causing it. More info the better.
