After the first 7 days, what does this color algae mean? Its closer to black than a golden "diatom" brown.

You need to give the scrubber time to get up and running. From your pictures, you are getting what most folks get in the first week with a new scrubber.

Should clean every three days or continue waiting the normal 7?

Why would you choose 3 days?... it is not black.
Go 14 days.

Hey guys!
I had to make a quick adjustment to the scrubber today because I could hear squirting coming from the ATS. After stopping the squirting I snapped a picture of it. It is alittle early, not 14 days yet, but i didnt clean it and wanted to show where it has gone in 10 days without cleaning.
It has a good amount of green yellow and red/purple-ish short hair algae growing on it.

Some of the spots that look darker brown are actually a grren color in the light... Its not looking very green... Is this color of algae ok for 14 days?

I also noticed that the back of this screen, because its one sided, has more green because there less light and therefore less "nutrients"... Is this correct?

No.
From looking at the pics, I'd say the light is weak. However clean it and wait another 14 days.
