View Full Version : single weir , doubble stand pipes and durso

i have a single weir chamber, with two stand pipes , one pipe will feed one scrubber , and the other pipe will feed the other scrubber , iam worried about the noise has Ive been reading up on durso's and they advise you not to do it like this as there very hard to set up , does any one have any other ideas ? cheers

I personally use a 1 weir - 2 Durso setup.
It's not ideal, but after a little tweaking it seems reliable, and pretty quiet. But another option may be better, or maybe a larger single Durso instead.

hi m8 carnt change the pipe work now , if i cut the pipe work sort in the weir chamber and the weirs 28inches high will it drag air to this depths ?

The idea is that the air is pulled down to stop the Durso from siphoning, so the air will go all the way down. If regulated properly it will be very quiet.
