What do you recommend: these osram leds or phillips leds from steveleds?

Look at the listing, says 620-660nm output so my bet is A) they don't really know exactly which bin these are , or B) they are "bottom of the barrel" or "grab-bag" selection meaning you will get a mixture of LEDs with no guarantee. Pretty much everything from China is buyer beware, no return policy, etc.

Steve's lists the bin on his site. You know exactly what you are getting
