Where is link to summary/article on elevated metats in aquariums and control with scrubbers???

I recently read a brief summary of an article on how many metals occur in super elevated levels in aquariums vs. the ocean. It also talked about how scrubbers help lower these concentrations.

I, however, can't find this summary now even though I did a search. Does anyone have a link to this article or a summary of it. I think it was posted by Santa Monica.
