I see people using some interesting screen frames. What are they made from? and do you just super glue it on?

They are all made of PVC... mostly 3/4 inch. Instead of super glue, you probably want to use PVC cement.

By frame, I mean going down the sides.

No frame needed. just use two layers of plastic canvas, roughed up like a catcus.
