Scrubber for 800 gallon tank

Started a scrubber a couple of weeks ago on my 800 gallon tank,

i used a horizontal set-up.

The screen is 18" wide by 12" long, so it spans the width of my sump tank. I put a piece of glass underneath it so the water would flow over it and not through it

For lighting, I have a 50w LED floodlight that I bought off ebay a while back. Since the housing is virtually waterproof it works out pretty well.

this is the growth after a week or so.

and this was yesterday (about a month after install).

The algae growth was crazy!! Thick like a carpet.

Nice! Do you have your build on another site too, this looks familiar. Maybe on AA?
