Hi all, this appears to be a very frequent question and i was wondering if this thread could be used for people just to post what light source they are using that works well and if they have a link to the light aswell. Be nice to have it all in one place for people to browse.

I am using this although i did not pay that much for it! The spread is wide also and i have to control the light spill - would be more suited to a larger screen as mine is only small, its's growing algae very well though! http://www.growsense.co.uk/kessil-h150-led-grow-light-red.html

This will work if you want to light your scrubber with red and blue LEDs without the expense of building your own unit or buying Kessil: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SN9F-E27-35W-Red-Blue-LED-Plant-Lamp-Hydroponic-Grow-Spotlight-Bulbs-Grow-Light-/121092099424?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Garden_PlantsSeedsBu lbs_JN&hash=item1c31a6cd60

Dont see why not, and at that price may be worth a bash (gotta get your own heatsink by the looks of it though).
