To much FLOW ?

Hi Im planning a scrubber for my new build and for the amount of food i imagine i will end up feeding (Guessing) about 1 or 1.5 Cubes a day or there abouts.
its a 200ltr mix reef
i want to plumb my scrubber directly to the drain from my display tank (twin standpipe) so with the new ATS sizes guides will there be to much flow trying to get through the pipe slit to a scrubber about 6" by 8" ???

I ever used to be that way, my concern is by the time running the pipe of that scrubber can clog from the dirt from tank.
