Looking for someone whos done a scrubber in a JBJ 29nano.

I cant find anyone who has done a build with this model of tank. the designs Ive seen simply aren't compatible with a JBJ 29g due to its deep over flow/sump area. Any help finding a pertinent build would be appreciated.

doesn't the center chamber fill up all the way to the top before spilling into the returns?

I haven't filled it with water yet. but it looked like the bubble traps are too high to allow anything but all three chambers to be full.
