HOG.5 Bubbles

The bubbles in my scrubber are all coming out of the first slot, I titled the scrubber but it did not help much.
Is this because the air pump is producing too much air or too little?

Too little.

But really to make it better you can just tuck the little tabs in under the other tabs. That, plus tilting, plus maybe more air, will do it.
