Why? Very interested in this scrubber, however would like to see more unbiased reviews.

I have to concur. Out of >100 of my waterfall scrubbers that I've sold worldwide, probably less than 20% actually post anything about theirs online, and out of those, maybe 1/4 on any kind of regular basis. There are a lot of people who just don't post online unless they need help and can't get it locally.
