Well, I treated my tank for cyano as I was finally fed up with it. I hate doing this but went ahead and used the Boyd Chemiclean per a trusted friend and long time hobbyist. Took care of the cyano and all the algae on my scrubber. Did a big water change. Phos reading 0. Looks like I'm starting from scratch with this screen again. Wanted to see if any of you ran into that same problem. I was an idiot and ran the scrubber during the treatment cycle. Should I do more WC's or just wait for the screen to reseed?

Depends on nutrients. The treatment should not have bothered the algae though.

Hmmm. Tested and everything was fine but Ca was low and Mag high so am dosing that right now to bring Ca up. Had nice green thick algae on screen and after the treatment it went skeletal white with nothing on it. I just upped the photoperiod on the scrubber to 9hrs. Was only running for 6 to see if that helps. Cyano gone but hair algae now blooming. I also switched over to LED's today but the issue started earlier in the week.
