500lt Reef with ATS - Questions

Hello form Greece
I'm running a 500lt (130g) with sump 200lt (52g) and ATS.
For ATS lighting i'm using 90W UFO Led Grow Lights - Seven Spectrum by PRAKASA.
The ats area is 43cm (17 in) x 25cm (9,8 in).
Lighting period 12 hours.
No skimmer but i'm using phos removal and carbon.
I'm not having algeas to main tank (thanks god)
I'm also using a small piece of red algea to sump growing by the same light.
After 6 months the algea at ats algea is stable and it is still brown to yellow color.
It might need more feeding ? ( i'm feeding three times a day flakes and every 4 days one frozen cube)
more or less lighting hours ?

Welcome from Greece.

The UFO light is too strong. Reduce number of hours that light is on. And increase water flow if you can.

The water flow is 1000lt per hour.
I'm planning to change it. I will feed the ats direct from the left overflow.
What about feeding the aquarium ?
For sure i'll feed 3 times flakes daily , and i 'm wondering how often i have to feed frozen.

Feeding is based on your fish, or corals. Not your scrubber.
