ATS and Skimmer my doubt

Hi guys, i new here in this forum, but here in Brazil i have a great participation in forums and discussion about this theme, ATS, my concern is using a ats system in join a sub-dimensional skimmer for example display + sump 350L(92 gal.) and skimmer for 300L( 75 gal.) one interfere in other? or this guys help themselves during filtration, for the corals some bad thing happened? today my system have only ats and skimmer not more things, and i have thing in remove the skimmer you see any issue? may animals is 80% soft corals,and some SPS .

If your algae scrubber is large enough, you can remove your skimmer.

Thank´s, well i make my ATS (DIY) so, the size screen is 15x15(cm) he has 12 leds 1w, 8 red and 4 blue. to make this ATS i used PS high impact polystyrene, all size is 220x125x110(mm) this picture is where i install the ATS.

so today i removed around 90% of equipment to my sump this picture show a really hospital ITU - Intensive Treatment Unit.. so i remove almost every thing..LOL...

here the ATS produce around 72 grams of algae the time for forming as 5 weeks.

now after 8 month i remove 150 grams weekly, so this is my doubt i can't remove the skimmer??? or better the skimmer and AST can exist together??

How is the aquarium looking?

As the ats is connected straight to the fall of the display there is a valve, he currently works with approximately 450L / H (115GPH) below it has a system of breaking bubbles in pvc pipe.
How to display'll try to take some pictures.

Take the screen out, clean the slot with a toothbrush, and scrape all the brown growth off of the screen. Put it back, and run it for 10 days, and send a picture then.
