Hello,
I'm new in scrubbing have a scrubber about month already, but it still grows only green/brown slimy stuff.
The nitrate are good keep them about 2ppm. The tank is a 66g and have only one pink tail trigger. It will have in future 3-4 more agressive feeding fishes with size about 14-16sm.
The scrubber have 900l/h pump and 26w CFL/2700k. running 18/6h shedule.
Here is a picture after 3 days running I clean it every 3 days :

First you need to replace that with a roughed up plastic canvas.

Then you need to let it grow 7 to 14 days.

Since you will need to re-build, here are the size guidelines:

Order it from another country then. Your pvc cannot hold on to thick growth.

Hello here is the results 2week after and one bulb more... Whitout plastic canvas.
Before and after clean. I scrape off about 2 spoons of algae. Nitrates still 2.5 phosphates undetectable.
Have one new fish from a week now. Kluzinger's wrass. And give more food about 2cubes frozen Brine shrimp and small amount of Bionautic chips...
Regards Martin!
