Will this work?

Hi i made this simple scrubber (hopefully) and would like opinions on whether it will work.

I dont have a sump so needed a intank scrubber which had to be silent.

Lighting is a 13w cfl hopefully the pics are self explanatory

2 goldfish are in the tank which is 100litre

No air bubbles, too noisy for my likeing

Well ther are air bubbles under the screen but i dont have a airstone in the tank just the filters providing surface agitation

Unfortunately I don't think it's going to grow much without air bubbles. But you can see what develops.
