hi, i have 300 liter FOWLR and an ats, it's 35cm x 30cm horizontal with flow 2000 L/h
i have full of this type of algae

the problem is my no3 is 100ppm and phosphate 0.03,
i feed 10 pinches a day, my fish is fine.

Growth is good. Looks like you have two spotlights pointed at it.

How long has this been going?

This pic is from my first ats 4 year old, i have build new one, the algae growth is similar and full of the screen,

Well this might be a rare case where dosing phosphate might help. You could try adding some Monopotassium Phosphate, which is just fertilizer.
