Help me design my DIY scrubber please!

2 month old 220 gallon tank is maturing and its time to build my waterfall scrubber. I have purchased all of the components (canvas mesh, lights, pvc).... but I can't decide where to place it and what configuration to use. Attached are pictures of my sump. The proposed scrubbed will come off the main manifold through the 1" unlinked PVC in the middle. I'm thinking of the right two compartments but can't decide how to stabilize it and where to perch the lights. Help me out please!

Since you already have the pipe in the middle, just put two screen slots in it... one for each open sump section.
