Problem with scrubber

So i built my new scrubber and it work fine growing thick green algae for a few weeks. Now I am getting a brown/green ish jelly looking stuff growing. Is it from lights being to strong, dim or what?6691

Slime is usually on a new screen until green hair fills in. Looks like the green hair filled in but died off, and slime covered it.

Toothbrush everything off so you see the white screen, and see how it looks in a week.
