Hi I've just built my first scrubber I'm just wondering what lights to use is there a cheep led set I can use in the UK also should I put the screen into the groove or hang it just below

Screen should in up in the slot.

For cheap lights look at the UK ebay for 30 watts led grow lights, like these:
