I am beefing up my DIY scrubber. I am changing my plumbing to include a failsafe overflow and hopefully I will be able to increase my flow to the scrubber a bit. With that, I am also upgrading my lights a bit as I feel they are the weak point. My screen is 4x6 and I have 4 660 reds and one RB led on each side. They are running at 700ma and are approximately 2 inches from the screen. I am planning on adding 2 more red leds to each side. The 660 leds that I am currently running were cheap leds so I am not sure how good their spectrum is. I found these leds and I am wondering if I should go with these : http://www.stevesleds.com/Luxeon-SunPlus-Far-Red-3W_p_194.html
I like that they have a broader angle. They seem to be designed for horticulture which is what we are doing. What are your thought?

Those should be fine. Seems like you already have a lot of light though.
