Soo I converted my 180g tank into a clownfish harem tank. Gonna have 24 BTA's to start then 40 clownfish at once (around 1/2") in size.. anything special with my scrubber I should be doing?
THanks

Will you be feeding the nem's, and will there be a substrate?

I feed the anemones 2x a week now, be feeding them 1 a month after fish go in. Tank is still fallow for 2 more months, only thing I did was re-arrange some rock work.

Ok then a regular tank setup, so no ammonia concerns. If the rock is good, then just add up your feeding. And preferably have two scrubbers and clean one at a time.

I still run the split screen 11 x 10", once the clowns go in there will be around 30-40 of them. Right now with 4 btas... getting almost 1 cup per screen on cleaning. Feed 1" cube 2x a week.. and reef roids once a week in between.

Well one 1" cube is about 8 frozen cubes, so two of those is 2+ cubes a day, not much. Maybe 3 with the roids. So you current setup seems fine.

Not bad, if you can raise the light up a bit it will be more in the middle. And fish feeding should cause it to double in growth.

On my Algea Scrubber you have seen... I would be able to use the GEM5 lights? 2 on each side of my 10"x12" screen? Im not getting enough coverage with my 36W grow bulb.
For this setup:

Or 4 on each side?

2 on each side would be minimum. Each GEM5 light is 5 real watts, which is about the same as 8 watts of other LED lights. You could suction-cup them onto the clear wall and they would be much closer to the screen.
