If I wanted to do a Fluconazole treatment to get rid of GHA/Briopsis I assume this would kill the ATS? Any suggestions on what I could do?

Yes it probably would, but why not just let the scrubber do it over a long period?

I guess that is the main question here. My ATS has been running for around 3 months now. I still have Diatom bloom, GHA, turf algae, and maybe briopysis in the display. I also have to clean the panel daily now. I was going to just sit and not do anything but nothing is going away. Actually some of the GHA is growing in other places in the tank now so it is spreading. I am not sure if eventually the ATS will combat it or not.

Well, cleaning the glass daily is a good sign of the scrubber not working well. Let's see current full growth pics.

Keep in mind I have GHA and diatoms now also. Been running for about 3 months. Growth is consistent and levels are great at .03 phophate and 5 Nitrate.

It looks like growth is falling off of the screen.
