SantaMonica utility patent application for water distributor trays on waterfall scrubbers

This is the third application from the series of waterfall scrubber filings from 2015; first was the pole mount, second was the dome cover.

Claims start on page 61, and are subject to change based on infringing products sold after January 25, 2024; the product can be any shape (rectangle, square, round, etc).

The notice of allowance for all 20 claims for the waterfall scrubber overflowing distributor tray ("reservoir drain structure") has published. The claims have a priority date of 2015, which is 7 years before the priority date of the Clear Water patent. It will issue in a few months:
