ATS Question

I started my ATS on a 10 gal. SW tank back in Mar. 09. I have just moved the scrubber to my 55 gal. tank. It has no sump but does have a CPR hang on the back Refugium with Chieto in it. The 55 tank has been plagued with red algae for some time. Been trying to fight it off with Phosphate Reactor and Chieto and water changes. But now the red hair algae is starting to grow in the refugium. My Questions are, How long do I wait before turning off the Refugium, Phosphate Reactor and Hang on Skimmer?
Will the ATS starve out the Chieto or can they survive together?

Your water still has high nutrients, so any light will cause growth. Let it run for a while.
