Seems after I go through a few pages, I get logged out.

And everytime I close the browser, and then open it and come back, I have to log in again.

This just started happening, and I always click the "keep me logged in" box.

It's because you've been bad..

LOL Actually we are all having the problem.
It's even reducing participation.

Odd. I run a Linux box and it has never happened to me.

Just been logged out 8 times in a row. Previously tried to post 2 long posts which were deleted. Bye-bye :?

Hey guys,
Looking into this at the moment, there's nothing obvious so far, I moved the site on to a nginx instead of Apache, but I've not had any similar issues with other PHP sites.

For some reason it doesn't seem to affect me so I was wondering if those who are having the problems are on an ISP that changes the IP it requests the pages from every time it requests a page (it's weird but many do!). I've disabled the IP checking for logged in users and updated to the latest version so this may fix things.
Let me know if it's still happening.

Thanks.

I'm on the same ISP for years, nothing new. Logouts just started a month or so ago.

I have noticed that also about a month ago, session id's were starting to be placed in the URL's, and as of now the ID's are gone. I personally don't like the ID's because my browser doesn't remember what pages it has looked at from one day to the next.

Yeah, coincides with the new nginx server. Hopefully this has sorted it.
