Lights one for 12 hrs?

I cant keep my lights on for more then 12 hrs,is it fine ?
There are 2x 20 W 6400K CFLs.3 inches above from scrubber.
A 20 G with 30 lbs LR and a single 3inch maldives clown.
The screen is made of velcor half is hook side and half is loop side.Horizontal scrubber with 1000 L/hr flow and 17"L x 4 "W scrubber.

18 hour lights on

6 hours lights off

I do know that.Thx for telling me again.
But I cant run it for 18 hours,the same lights illuminate the tank too.And because of electricity loadshedding I cant keep lights on for more then 12 hrs without 2 breaks of one hour.

Should be ok since you have so many watts.
