Microfluorescent T4 Light Fixtures?

I just bought 2x 20 W 21" actinic T4 bulbs.http://www.pegasusassociates.com/MicrofluorescentT4.html.
They are quite good looking,sleek and under my budget and they don't produce as much heat as my CFLs.Do you guys think that they are good enough for ATS tanks ?

As long as you remove the plastic cover, keep the bulbs within 2" of the screen, and have the required watts per gallon:

0.5 watts per gallon minimum.
1.0 watts per gallon for HIGH filtering.
