My brother got some Polyflex 2 which is a splinting material from his job. Seems that it would work well to make a screen from it. I have cut a 12x13" screen, it ruffs up really well and is nice and ridgid. However I am worried that it has silicates... Anyone have an opinion? :?

Do I care if the screen has silicates? :roll:

If it's plastic then it probably does not. But otherwise I have no experience with it.
