Flow Rates

Hi
My screen is 8" wide(cactus rough) inside an acylic box with 1" drain,23w cfl both sides.

Would it be best to run at 280 gals/hrs as in the FAQ or my present flow rate of 400 gals/hr

More is always better, as long as the algae can hold on to the screen.
