thanks to santamonica,my reef aquarium has never looked so good! I have built a scrubber that looks much like the sm-100 for my 45 gallon reef tank and the results are out-standing! the only thing that i do differently is i change a little water once a month,but not much. I have crystal clear water,pods everywhere, and have raised baby shrimp in my sump without any intervention! to me that is proof that scrubbers work well and provide much more food for the critters we keep! thanks santa!

how do u tell u got pods in the tank... wat is actually looks like? is it a small white dot? like a flying sand?

the baby pods look like tiny specks of dust that move around slowly. you have to stare at specks on the glass in low flow areas until you see one move,,only then will you know what to look for,,happy hunting!
