replacement material for the screen

Hello!

Where i live seems to be impossible to get the screen material you guys use.

The closest I could find is very weak plastic window screen material, but it breaks easily, and bends difficulting water flow.

Is there any replacement for the screen material? (i would like to try a scratched sheet of acrylic)

nm, i found they come in different knitting sizes.
