Lighting and screen size sound adequate for what you are trying to do. Brown screen at 2 weeks is 100% normal. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to get a good green base down on the screen. Sounds good as an extra filter on a system. I am sure you already know, but horizontal/diagonal screens like yours are only 1/2 as good as a 2 sided, but it should still help out. It looks like you have room to put a double sided screen in the same location if you really wanted to.

i think one mysis (2cm*2cm*2cm= 8 cubes ?) and two times flakes.

Brown is normal for two weeks. Cleaning every 14 days is good.
Let's say you are feeding 8 cubes. This would need 8 x 12 = 96 square inches vertical, or 144 square inches horizontal. Your horizontal is 10 X 18 = 180 square inches. And you have 46 watts of light. Your screen will need much more light than two 23 watt bulbs. You should have 270 watts, and rapid flowing water. So add as much light as possible, up to 270 watts, and you will be able to use your scrubber as the only filter. Or, leave it the way it is with your other filters, and see what happens.
My guess is that the algae is the display will not go away, and the growth on the screen will stay dark, because of the weak light. Your display has a scrubber already (the algae on the rocks), and thus your scrubber needs to have more photosynthesis than your display does. This requires more light on your scrubber.
Or, you could reduce the light in the display.

2 x 2 x 2 = 8cubic cm = 2.7 ish (3 cubic cm) cubes + 2 times flake (say 1 more cube) = 4 ish cubes, not 8. Save some electric and size it for 4 or 5 if I were you.

what can i do, resize the screen ?
what size of screen can i have with the 2* 23 watt bulbs ?

If you can cover screen from light - consider it resized.
