    That is easy to build :

    I am making my own ATO (AVR controller)), just need to cut the ATS feeding pump and do the top-off on the algae screen.

    35Gph per inch => 52 Liters per centimeter
    1 square inch per Gallon => 1.7 square centimeter per Liter
    0.5W per Gallon => 0.13W per liter
