Please check it for me...if this light can be use for my algae scrubber...

now my ATS 11day old. i see the green spots algae little bit grow. but sadly to say my result no3 test got >100 :o .. its too high..
2 day before one fish in my tank die.. :( :( can died fish cause...

yup..i know..
1)this is temporary light before i found suitable light.
CFL 23watt.
2) two layer already..but 2 different layer..plastic canvas (RED) and another plastic net...

installation ATS to my sump. hmm is it the correct? or i have to move the scrubber before skimmer? and have i need the bio ring in my sump? please leave ur comment to improve my system.. :mrgreen:
