Well, on the advice of the ATS expert, SantaMonica, I've decided to re-design my ATS.
I have two plastic screens superglued to a large 11X12 piece of egg crate. I'm going to get a new piece of plastic screen and score it well with the hole saw, then attach it to the new pipe holder with zip ties.
Okay, I've got all of that. I had small 23 watt spiral CFLs, but he said they were too small. I went to Home Depot yesterday and got the 42 watt big a$$ spiral CFLs. I used to use a Home Depot reflector ("http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-100664506/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053") around these CFLs but there wasn't enough room.
I want to get a new bucket so I can use these reflectors with the new larger spiral CFLs, so how far away can a 42 watt spiral CFL bulb be from the screen? 4 inches?
