Which Flake Best For Marine Fish!

Hi all,
Possibly a daft question, but coming to the end of Flake food and was wonderingto stick with what I have or change and if anyone has views on this topic?

I have used New Era, their complete range, and was wondering if there was anything the same as, but with a wider range of flavours/tastes for the fish, if that the right wording to use?

Are some better for the fish, are some better at breaking down in the tank if uneaten etc etc.

Are some bad for scrubbers to break down?

I have been feeding the flake food from blue zoo aquatics. Great for fish, and corals too.
