    but fishs in Brazil are really expensive...

    i'm a bit afraid of put my first fish,they're expensive in Brazil, and i want to be sure, that the scrubber is ok, to start inserting the fishs!
    no problem feeding, without having fishs?
    anything that is specific for algae?

    Do not feed until you have fish.

    Urea is the form of ammonia that grows algae the best.

    When you put some fish, and start feeding, the algae will grow.

    and fishs are expensive ;x
    does crab (pagurian)
    do the same as fish?

    Yes, anything that eats food... fish, crab, shrimp, snail, coral.
